Rush Fees
Rush fees are 10% of the order total per calendar day for orders that need to be completed in less than 7 days.
Sticker Template Fee
Beginning August 1, 2007, there will be a $5 charge for submitting sticker artwork that is NOT in one of our templates.
Graphic Design Fees
Graphic Design fees are $75/hour, with a $30 minimum.
URL Add/Change
To add or change a URL in your artwork, the fee is $15.
Online Proof
Online Proofs are FREE.
Ship Blind
We will ship blind for FREE.
Ink Switch
Ink switches are $15 each-- that's $15 every time one ink switches to another. So if you've got a 1 color image on the front, back, and sleeve, and wanted to take them all from white to black, that'd be $45.
Custom Ink
We're happy to mix custom inks for $15 each, and prefer the Pantone Matching System (solid coated), just like the rest of North America. BUT there is no custom ink charge for orders of 2500+ stickers and 250+ shirts.
Customer Supplied Stock
We're happy to print on customer supplied stock. To find the cost of printing only, select a plain 100% cotton tee, and subtract $2.50 of the cost each. While we make every effort to have zero losses, some errors may occur-- 3-5% should be expected. VGKids is not liable for items damaged during processing.
Ordering Below the Minimum
For orders below our minimum of 20 pieces, there is a $30 per color charge.
Diecutting
Diecutting charges are $15 for setup, plus $10 per 100 pieces. There is also a one-time die fee, based on artwork.
XXL Shirts
Add $1.50 per shirt for sizes XXL and larger.
T-shirt Folding and Bagging
For t-shirt folding and bagging, there is a charge of $1.50 per item.
